How often does Kevin issue new trade alerts?
Trading frequency is a tricky thing - trade too often and you can dilute a portfolio with opportunities that lack true quality, but trade too little and your portfolio will be like watching paint dry. Kevin has been trading for many, many years and he uses this experience to properly balance the frequency of trading with great trading opportunities for Commodities Watch subscribers. Subscribers should expect between 1 and 4 trade recommendations per month with some rare exceptions going outside of that expected range.

What about Auto-Trading the Kevin Kerr's Commodities Watchs?
Auto-Trading is when subscribers prefer that their accounts are traded for them by their broker, based on the Commodities Watch alerts. Auto trading is not recommended nor discouraged for the Commodities Watch Service. Commodities Watch nor Kevin Kerr can advise you on how to execute this service. However if this is a service you would like ask your broker about that is entirely up to you. All Auto-Trading questions should be addressed between you and your commodities broker not Kevin Kerr's Commodities Watch or it's representatives.

Will Kevin trade futures with the Kevin Kerr's Commodities Watch?
No. The Kevin Kerr's Commodities Watch is strictly an Options and Options Spreading recommendation service. Each of Kevin's trades will have a defined risk and cost amount if executed as per Kevin's recommendation. Opportunities may exist for special VIP discounts on a futures service Kevin is involved with , in addition Mr. Kerr and some of his guest contributors may offer unofficial suggested trades in futures in general discussion of the market.

How often will position updates be sent?
Due to the ever-changing market conditions it is impossible to predict when new trades or trade exits will come. However Kevin will be discussing existing positions in the Commodities Watch portfolio regularly in his Monday update and an updated portfolio is always available in the members section of www.kerrcommoditieswatch.com.

Is there a guarantee for profits?
Neither Kevin's nor Commodities Watch's past success is indicative of future results. Trading futures and options involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Please read and understand this.

Do you execute Trades?
No. Kevin Kerr's Commodities Watch is not a brokerage it is just a trade recommendation service. Subscribers will have to use a brokerage firm to execute the alerts.

Is there a minimum trading account size you recommend for Kevin's trades?
Each trade Kevin recommends is generally under $2,000 per contract or spread. However there is no set maximum or minimum. Commodities Watch will put out between 1-4 recommendations per month (with rare exceptions). Kevin frequently recommends a scale out strategy on trade exits. For example he may send out an alert that recommends exiting 50% of the position, so this would suggest that without at least two contracts or spreads of a particular recommendation that you would not be able to execute the recommendation properly. However, Commodities Watch nor Kevin Kerr can make any suggestions or recommendations as to your personal finances or how you should go about using the Commodities Watch service. If you are not sure how much to fund your account and would like assistance with this, it is best to discuss these types of questions with your broker. Always consult with a licensed and registered trading professional.

How many of each trade should I do?
Kevin often recommends taking more than one position of his trades. The reason is Kevin often uses scale out techniques when exiting positions to help control risk. However this question will be best answered by your commodities broker and would depend on your risk aversion, allocation strategy and risk capital.

How long does each trade last?
Kevin's trade recommendations vary in time and exits could occur as quickly as intraday or take a year or more to materialize.

What are options?
An option is a contract that gives the buyer the right, but not the obligation, to buy or sell an underlying asset at a specific price on or before a certain date. Buying (or being long) options on futures provides the ability to be in a leveraged environment while controlling and even defining the risk.
